Andrew Redfern, proprietor of REDiTECH Australia, has a degree in education with a graduate certificate in Educational Leadership. He taught in both State and Catholic sectors for eight years before being seconded to a position of ICT support in schools. 

Subsequently he held the position of Network Management Support Person. Prior to establishing REDiTECH Australia he held the position of ICT Curriculum Project Officer with Catholic Education Office, Sydney where he provided strategic direction for the implementation of a learning management system across the Archdiocese of Sydney. Andrew has also undertaken several courses in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, applications and network management.
